As John Maxwell says, everything rises and falls on leadership. In any endeavor, effective leadership is vital to achieving desired results. Fortunately, leadership is not some mystical quality that only a fortunate few possess but rather it is an ability that we all can improve with information and action.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching that will help you and/or your organization improve by applying John’s world-renowned leadership methods.

I bring a special combination of business ownership experience and academic credentials to the table.  I have over 25 years of experience owning and managing my own businesses.  While running my businesses, I realized I had much to learn and continually expanded my education, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Professional Studies from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and an MBA from Rice University.  As a Senior Business Consultant, I counseled hundreds of entrepreneurs and observed that there was more to realizing our full potential than spreadsheets and business plans, leading me to discover The John Maxwell Team and bringing a whole new dimension to my repertoire. I also teach entrepreneurship at the university level and my other activities revolve around being a dad to my four daughters, participating in church functions, and playing basketball.
